Salted Caramel Recovery Smoothie

A delicious salted caramel smoothie that ticks the box for a great post-workout recovery smoothie.

Ingredients

250ml high protein almond milk

1 scoop of salted caramel protein powder

3 dates

1 banana, frozen

1 Tbsp macca powder

1 Tbsp cashew butter

Method

Blend all the ingredients together until smooth.

Add ice cubes if you prefer a thicker smoothie.

 

*Salted caramel protein powder can be switched out for vanilla, chocolate or unflavoured.

*Cashew butter can be swapped out for peanut or almond butter.
