1 x multigrain wrap
2 Tbsp tomato paste
50g champagne ham, sliced
100g shredded roast chicken
4 mushrooms, sliced
1/2 c baby spinach
1/4 red onion, sliced
1 tsp dried oregano
40g grated mozzarella
Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with baking powder.
Spread the tomato paste evenly over the wrap, then top with all the toppings and sprinkle over the cheese and oregano.
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the base is crisp.
